If you are dissatisfied in any way with your order due to problems with the shirt’s construction or the printing quality, then email us at »firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be sure to tell us what is wrong with your shirt, and include your address.
We will happily send you a return label for shipping.
Once we’ve received your returned merchandise and confirmed the defect(s) you describe, we will refund 100% of your order price (except the original shipping charges).
Q: “What if I haven’t received my order within 14 days?”
We track all orders, and we can determine whether your order went somewhere it shouldn’t have.
Just email us at »email@example.com, and we’ll get right to work to figure out what went wrong, where, and how to get your shirt to you.
Q: “What if I don’t like my shirt when I receive it?”
If you want to return an item for any reason other than material defect, then email us at »firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be sure to include an explanation as to why you want to return your merchandise, and your address. We will then send you a return label for shipping.
Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll gladly refund 50% of your original purchase price for that item.
Sorry – no refunds of the original shipping charges, however.
